Energy work is an effective method to sustainably improve well-being and quality of life.

As the name suggests, this involves working with (your) energy. Everything we are, what we live, both the beautiful and what burdens us, can be perceived and processed in the energy field.

The overarching goal of energy work is always to restore the natural flow of energy in order to achieve more well-being, joy and fulfillment.

Individual appointments can take place with a daily updated test on site in my practice. Remote treatment is possible with the same effectiveness.

Whether on site or remotely, we discuss at the beginning  If necessary, your topic by phone or video call.

Then I see which structures in your energy field are opposed to your desire or goal. I clean or transform these no longer useful energetic structures with light energy, which I activate in my hand chakras. On site I work in/on your energy field, i.e. around the body, sometimes there is something to do in the body that can be felt with a light laying on of a hand. In a remote treatment I work with your energy signature, it is like an energetic copy. You don't have to do anything during the treatment, you can relax or fall asleep. However, many people also perceive how transformations take place during this time. After the treatment is completed, we speak or telephone again. Distance treatments are just as noticeable for many people as on-site treatment. There is no difference in effect.

With energy work, your respective topics can be brought into a positive change very directly. Topics that have accompanied you throughout your life form the basic structure of your personality and usually require a more gradual change.
